How to start a Free Trial

You can start a SignRequest Free Trial by visiting the Plans Page and clicking 'Try for Free'.

You will also be prompted to start a Free Trial whenever attempting to utilize a feature that is only available for paid accounts.

Back in November I signed up for your Free Forever limited plan. I sent one document for signature since I signed up. Now 4 months later I am trying to send 1 doc and I am constantly blocked from sending it and being told to pay. What happened to my free account?
