Our refund policy states you are eligible for a refund of your latest payment within 30 days of the invoice date of your first invoice.
If you have accidentally purchased the wrong subscription, please reach out to us so we can manually change your account.
If you were on a free trial, and your subscription rolled over into a paid plan, we can refund this payment if you have not used it to send out documents within 30 days of the invoice date.
As mentioned in our T&C's; subscriptions need to be cancelled at least three (3) business days prior to the renewal date. No refunds will be offered for subscriptions which were cancelled beyond this date.
