What is the refund policy?

Our refund policy states you are eligible for a refund of your latest payment within 30 days of the most recent invoice date. 

If you have accidentally purchased the wrong subscription, please reach out to us so we can manually change your account.

If you were on a free trial, and your subscription rolled over into a paid plan, we can refund this payment if you have not used it to send out documents within 30 days of the invoice date.
