It is not possible to edit your orignial, hard-coded documents within SignRequest. If you need to edit your original document, please do so externally, and then upload it to SignRequest.
It is possible, however, to edit the template/ placeholders within SignRequest. You can also change the original file behind your placeholders. These features are possible when on the "Prepare Document" or "Edit Template" pages.
